WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE SITE.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LLGHTER GAMING INNOVATIONS HUB IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LLGHTER Gaming Innovations Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and LLGHTER Gaming Innovations Hub concerning the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and LLGHTER Gaming Innovations Hub with respect to the Site.

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
