1. Digital Products and Content
1.1 Free Content
The majority of our content, including articles, blog posts, and educational resources, is freely available and does not require any purchase.
1.2 Premium Digital Products
For any premium digital products, such as downloadable guides, research papers, or exclusive content:
- We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our digital products.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- You provide a valid reason for your refund request.
- You have not downloaded more than 25% of the content (where applicable).
2. Memberships and Subscriptions
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly premium memberships that provide access to exclusive content:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual premium memberships:
- Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for the unused portion of your subscription under exceptional circumstances.
3. Virtual Events and Webinars
3.1 Cancellation by Attendee
For paid virtual events, webinars, or online workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.
3.2 Cancellation by LLGHTER Gaming
If we cancel a virtual event or webinar for any reason, you will be offered the following options:
- Full refund
- Transfer to another event date with no additional cost
- Credit for future events with a 10% bonus value
4. Consultations and Custom Services
For any custom consulting services or specialized content creation:
4.1 Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Once work on a custom project has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
4.2 Cancellation by LLGHTER Gaming
If we need to cancel a scheduled service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Merchandise and Physical Products
For any physical products or merchandise purchased through our website:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
For defective items:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence of the defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at refunds@llghter-gaming.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) for which you are requesting a refund
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant supporting documentation
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
8. Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund via an alternative method at our discretion.
9. Right to Modify Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
